About the Role: We’re looking for responsible, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in their work and enjoy making a positive impact. What You’ll Do: Provide routine, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning services in client homes Use primarily green, non-toxic cleaning products Deliver consistent, high-quality results with attention to detail Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and teammates Treat pets with kindness and respect Represent Polished with integrity and care in every interaction Compensation & Benefits: Base pay of $17–$22 per hour With tips, cleaners average $22–$28 per hour Flexible scheduling (weekly, bi-weekly, every 4 weeks) Paid training with a focus on hospitality and green cleaning Supportive, kind, fun, and hospitality-driven team culture Opportunities for advancement Professional development in customer service and eco-friendly practices Who You Are: Reliable, punctual, and organized Friendly and approachable, with strong communication skills Passionate about helping others and making a difference Committed to green, toxin-free living Comfortable working around pets Able to work independently and as part of a team Experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but not required Ready to join a team that values your work and your well-being?
