ShareOverview We are a face paced high volume liquidation company assisting home sellers with the liquidation of their personal property and their real estate. I am looking for a person with a strong work ethic and leadership skills to oversee and manage a 2 or 3 man crew of laborers. This candidate must be trust worthy, honest and have a clean professional presentation. He or she must have the ability to get along with other employees and clients. This applicant must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record, a CDL is not required but is helpful. No drug use. Any experience in the resale business, antiques, auctions or estate sales is also a plus. This job will involve lifting and moving of boxes, furniture, and house goods. Will also be hands on working with a clean out crew cleaning out our clients homes. Starting pay will be based on experience. Responsibilities Answering directly to the business owner and over seeing an onsite crew Assisting with the live and internet auction division of this company Separating salable items from trash and loading trucks. Assisting our elderly clients in preparing for a move. Assisting the owner of the company and representing the company professionally out in the field. Assisting with pickups, drop offs, deliveries and punch list tasks. Preforming basic maintenance duties like cleaning, landscape maintenance and preparing homes to be sold. Qualifications Leadership skills, self starter, must be able to work un-supervised. Able to lift and move boxes, barrels and furniture Able to drive a pick up truck, box truck and or cargo van. Being able to confidently drive and back up a trailer is a bonus. Valid divers license and be able to pass a criminal record check with reasonable exceptions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This individual must be able to have a sense of value regarding house goods, used furniture, collectables and antiques.
