Job Description Pay Range Highly Rewarded Home Health Care Agency currently seeking per diem OT (Occupational Therapist) for our expanding team. Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist - Home Health: Assess patient’s needs and create a plan of care to help restore function, improve mobility, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease. Administer treatment to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions. Collaborate with other disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Provide supervision, support and instruction to COTAs Document assessments, visits, re-assessments, discharges Make recommendations on durable medical equipment and provide training with caregivers and clients Advise on specialist equipment to assist with daily activities. Requirements of the Occupational Therapist - Home Health: Holds a current OT license through OR State 6 months to 1 year Experience in Home Health preferred, but not required Current CPR Current driver's license in good standing in the State of Oregon Job Type: Contract Pay: Highly Rewarded
