A leading healthcare institution in Boston is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator to support a high-profile initiative focused on marketing and public relations within the Cardiac Surgery department. This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, and pays $30/hour. The assignment is expected to last 3-6+ months and offers the opportunity to contribute to an impactful, fast-paced program within a world-renowned medical setting. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate program activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure goals are met efficiently. Support event planning, including logistics, scheduling, and communications. Prepare reports, meeting materials, and executive summaries for leadership. Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence with discretion and accuracy. Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and leadership. Candidate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. 3-5+ years of administrative, program, or project coordination experience. I am a 30-year old working professional manual wheelchair user with a spinal cord injury seeking a kind, caring, and responsible live-in, female caregiver with good communication skills. I live in McLean Virginia, with my parents, and the position is a full-time, live-in position in my home in McLean. If the caregiver speaks no English, they must be willing to take English classes and a reasonable stipend to cover English classes will be provided to the caregiver. POSITION DUTIES. I am reasonably independent and work full-time from home. Hence, the caregiver's working hours are primarily focused in the mornings and evening. Specific duties include: • Assistance dressing, bathing, transfers to and from bed from my wheelchair. • Assistance with personal-care needs. • Assistance with meal preparation. • Assistance with some light cleaning/laundry in my room only. TRAINING PROVIDED. The position does not require prior care or nursing experience. Training by myself and existing care team will be provided. Qualities required are being kind, present, reliable, engaged, willing to listen, take and follow instructions, and be comfortable asking questions or clarification. PAY. Pay is competitive and paid weekly. Weekly pay is dependent upon level of experience, but is negotiable and in the range of $650 (low end) + per week. DETAILS ABOUT MYSELF AND MY FAMILY.
