To ensure full itinerary completion, guests are responsible for strictly adhering to the guide’s designated assembly times. Buses will depart without waiting if delayed beyond ten minutes past scheduled departure. 12. For operational efficiency, we reserve the right to transfer passengers between vehicles en route and assign different guides and drivers as needed. 13. The following suggestions will help expedite check-in: bring valid photo ID; present printed or digital copy of itinerary confirmation. 14. This is a group activity. If you choose to leave the tour mid-way, please inform and obtain consent from the guide beforehand, sign a departure agreement form, and understand that uncompleted portions will be considered waived with no refund of tour fees. 15.
