Position Summary The Production Supervisor provides hands-on leadership on the plant floor to ensure production goals and customer quality expectations are met. This position oversees a team of 15–20 employees, spending approximately 80% of time directly on the production floor supporting operations and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Production Leadership Lead day-to-day production activities to meet quality, safety, and delivery goals. Utilize multiple software systems to create production reports, hotlists, and workflow schedules. Plan, organize, and monitor daily production requirements while anticipating staffing and material needs. Coordinate communication with team members, shift managers, and leadership. Team Development Train, coach, and support team members to perform their tasks safely and efficiently. Build a strong, cohesive team culture focused on collaboration and accountability. Provide continuous feedback and coaching to drive employee engagement and growth. Operations Management Partner with scheduling and logistics to meet daily production and quality targets. Enforce safety policies, production standards, and company procedures. Monitor metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement. Ensure compliance with company and ISO standards. Communication & Collaboration Share company news, production updates, and performance results with the team. Work cross-functionally with other departments to resolve issues and improve efficiency. Lead or assist in shift-to-shift communication and performance reviews. Project Leadership Serve as a safety champion—promote and maintain a safe work environment through active leadership and training. Take ownership of shift performance, driving results and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in and lead improvement projects related to quality, efficiency, and safety. Requirements: Associates' or Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum of 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience Strong People skills - Must work through the team to achieve goals ISO knowledge and experience are helpful Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution Strong Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP software skills Note: This position will require a Drug and Background Check upon employment Must have reliable transportation Please attach your updated resume for consideration!
