Electrical Project Manager needed for Electrical / HVAC / Plumbing Contractor in Riviera Beach. Manage 2 on-going residential projects. *MUST SPEAK ENGLISH Need to be well versed in NEC code, Journeyman Card a plus but not required. Must be able to read and decipher electrical, architectural, and site blue prints. Must be able to use smart phone and tablet for applications for time management and plan reading etc while in field setting. Will be responsible to adhere to contractor's scheduling of completion dates and inspections, prepare change orders, request materials for purchase, red line plans, be proficient in Bluebeam and Excel, prepare permits & schedule inspections, prepare monthly pay apps, keep job costing up to date. Must have good communication skills to be able to communicate with GC, and inspectors. Supervise the Foreman, sub contractors, material control, job efficiency, push production, problem solving, etc. Hours Monday-Friday 8-4:30, will be required to go to job sites as needed. Company vehicle will be provided when needed to go to job sites.
