About the room: $1250/month plus utilities Unfurnished Shared bathroom 1-year lease About the place: 2 bedrooms plus an office I’m turning into a second living room (open to collaborate ideas!) Washer/dryer and dishwasher in the unit Everything is pretty much brand new Gated community in a nice, quiet neighborhood Street parking, usually not a problem but can get busy sometimes Photos: The pictures are from the original listing, so they show how the place looks, but I’m still adding furniture and decor slowly. About me: I’m a 30-year-old woman, full-time at a vet hospital in the city and also work weekend nights as a server at a Thai restaurant I have one cat named Piggy. She’s sweet and pretty chill, usually gets along with other cats. If you have a single cat, they’re welcome too.
