Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, dish and silverware, and a new fridge, smart oven and blender. No pets, no smoking, but I’m 4/20 friendly. The apartment is five blocks from gorgeous Lake Merritt, the heart of Oakland— with all its’ cultural richness and the treasured weekly farmer’s market. It’s also close to several dive bars, and numerous Vietnamese restaurants. Rent is $1200 per month— but this INCLUDES high speed Wi-Fi and all electricity, allowing for easy budgeting. Deposit is $1500, and can be split over two months. Finally, I’m an indoor/outdoor gardener, and would love someone who could water my plants when I’m out of town.
