Renting out a large bedroom near downtown Campbell for $1175 a month. This already includes the gas/electricity/water/internet. Comes furnished with a desk, queen sized bed, and wardrobe in the 13 ft x 15 ft room already. You can bring some really small furniture, but the bed, desk and wardrobe will need to stay in the room. If you want to bring your own mattress, you can put it over the existing one in the room. There is also a swimming pool in the courtyard. Lease will be a minimum of 6 months and then month to month after that. A 30 day advance notice will be needed upon vacating the room. To rent the room, the first and last months rent will be needed. Must be okay with a strictly indoor cat. There is a shared full bathroom upstairs, half bathroom downstairs, kitchen/dining area, and a washer/dryer. Place is about one block from downtown Campbell and about 3 blocks from the Pruneyard. There is parking on the street in the front or permit parking in the back. Room is available starting August 20.
