I live in a quiet 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom house that's located on a flat cultesac in Bernal Heights. Completely renovated in 2010, the home is spread on 2 levels. Downstairs is where the two bedrooms and bathroom are located and I will come down to do laundry occasionally and go into the garden, but otherwise the downstairs all yours. Both rooms and private bath would be $3000/mo . $2400 for one bedroom downstairs. I also have a garage if that is something you need. One room is furnished and the other has a couch and mirrors, both have walk-in closets. Ideally, I would like to start out at a 6mo lease and do a month to month lease after that. I am flexible though about this. In the main room, there is an in-wall heater that will keep you cozy and a queen size bed. The mattress is a new Casper mattress with a TempurPedic topper. Super comfortable! The bathroom downstairs also has a heater, which is such a luxury coming out of the shower to and it also has a heated bidet toilet seat, if that's something that you like. Added to the downstairs were newly put hardwood floors for you to enjoy. As you enter the home, you will be greeted with a formal entry and access to the garage, which can connect you close to your room if you don't want to come upstairs, so potentially it could be a separate entryway. There is a nest thermostat, ring doorbell, and home alarm. I am a 5 minute walk to Cortland Street, where there is a grocery store, the cutest shops, and some great restaurants. We don't get any homeless around here and my neighborhood is the type that if you have a package left outside, nobody will take it. My neighbors are great and it's such a quiet neighborhood that kids will normally be seen on the street bike riding, which is not normal for SF. I live here with my cat Ramona, so no pets please. A little about myself...I'm a registered nurse who loves gardening and going to see concerts. I'm 44 and newly divoriced and so living with a roommate will be an adjustment to me, but I am thinking this will be a great opportunity to meet new people. I'm fun to be around and am quiet for the most part, but I'm okay with occasional parties at the house as long as it's not on a workday for me, as I wake up early for work.
