Hey there! I have 1 bedroom available in my apartment at baker beach. The place is fully furnished minus the bedroom, but could potentially have a bed. Rent is $1700, plus deposit of $1000. I have two dogs, so unfortunately no more pets can be added to the apartment. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly. I enjoy getting to know my roommates and am friends with several from over the years.
