$1,100 Room in Central San Jose (san jose west)

Hi, I'm looking for a roommate. The room is $1,100 and the utilities are split between the 3 of us which includes PG&E, water, garbage, internet, and once a month cleaning service. Deposit is $1,100. The lease term is 6 months and month-to-month thereafter. The room is available now. Location: The house is located next to San Jose City College (walking distance) and less than a minute to I-280, I-880, 87 and 17 (all major freeways). Probably the best commuter location in San Jose. The house is less than 2 miles away from Santana Row and Valley Fair mall and is close to downtown San Jose, and downtown Campbell. Room/House: The house is approximately 2,000 square feet and shared with 3 people including me. The room is approximately 14 x 10 feet with vaulted ceilings. Bathroom will be shared with only one other person. Street parking only. About me: I'm a 40 year old business professional male who is super clean, likes sports, outdoors, traveling, gym, and hanging out with friends. Looking For: Male/Female student or a working professional who is extremely clean. This is not a party house but a quiet place to come home to. No drugs/smoking in the house and no pets.
