Hi, we have one bedroom available August 1 in a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house near Cal Poly and Bishops Peak neighborhood. Beautiful house with a large garage, two off street parking spots, and plenty of street parking. The kitchen has two refrigerators, dishwasher, and plenty of cabinet space for tenant use. There is a large backyard with fruit trees, patio furniture, fire-pit, and a BBQ. The house is walking distance to Cal Poly with a washer and dryer on site. The hallway bathroom will be shared with one student. Rent is $1150 monthly which includes all utilities including electric, gas, water, trash, wifi, gardening services, and professional housecleaning (bi-weekly) of the common areas and bathrooms. The house will be occupied by four tenants total including two students, a recent Cal Poly alumni, and an older artist (owners son) who has a private master bedroom and bath which connects to an art studio. There is one indoor/outdoor cat that also occupies the house. Additional pets will not be considered. Security Deposit of $500 will be required to secure the room. Available August 1, 2025!
