Part-Time, 2nd Shift Job Summary: Process guest reservations and changes, including collecting payment Provide information about hotel policies, services, and amenities Maintain all safety and privacy protocols Respond to guest needs, special requests, and complaints; alert the appropriate manager to potential issues as needed Assist other team members in various assignments Maintain cleanliness of front desk and lobby as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Some weekend and holidays required Ability to stand for long periods Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
