This role demands a visionary leader who can collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, define transformative analytics strategies, and ensure the successful implementation of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the delivery of advanced analytics consulting engagements, ensuring large-scale programs aligned with client objectives. Collaborates with business leaders to uncover and fast-track AI opportunities by reimagining business process through application of AI/ML. Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders (CXO, VP, Director levels), helping shape business problems and design fit-for-purpose solutions. Define and drive analytics roadmaps, identifying high value use cases and prioritizing delivery to meet strategic goals. Enable collaboration of internal technical teams (including Data Scientists, Domain specialists, and ML Engineers) and client-side teams to co-develop and deliver impactful AI/ML solutions. Requirements 12+ years in advanced analytics consulting, with a strong record of successfully leading large-scale transformation programs. Proven ability to drive analytics and data science-led transformation initiatives, delivering measurable business impact. Deep understanding of emerging trends in Data Science, including Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning. Expertise in designing and structuring data science programs aligned with business objectives and value creation. Demonstrated success in delivering complex, high-impact programs within agile, fast-paced environments. Capable of balancing state-of-the-art AI/ML practices with practical business needs and organizational constraints. Retail domain experience is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage. Adept at engaging CXO-level and senior business stakeholders, translating strategic goals into actionable analytics solutions. Prior experience in technology-driven and high-growth environments is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills with a focus on sustainable growth and long-term partnerships.
