Requirements What You'll Do: Prototype and design optical, mechanical, and electrical subsystems Sensor integration, bring-up, and optimization; data analysis Analyze and simulate of atomic sensor performance and environmental sensitivities Deploy and demonstrate prototype sensors into real-world environments What We're Looking For: PhD in atomic, optical, quantum physics, or 3 years of related academic or industry experience US export control laws require “U.S. persons” including U.S. citizens (born or naturalized), lawful permanent residents, and certain categories of refugees, and asylees. Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and collaborators, both written and verbal. We are committed to excellence, teamwork, and delivering quality results. We're currently seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Estimating Assistant to support our estimating and preconstruction team. Position Summary: The Electrical Estimating Assistant will work closely with the estimating team to help prepare accurate and timely bids for electrical construction projects. This role involves quantity takeoffs, bid document review, subcontractor/vendor coordination, and general administrative support throughout the preconstruction process. Responsibilities: Assist with reviewing plans, specs, and addenda for bid opportunities Perform quantity take-offs and input data into estimating software Solicit and track pricing from vendors and subcontractors Maintain and organize bid files and documentation Help prepare and finalize bid proposals and budgets Update and maintain internal estimating databases Coordinate with project managers and engineers for estimate clarifications Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in electrical construction or estimating preferred Basic understanding of electrical systems and construction terminology Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with Bluebeam or estimating software is a plus Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (a plus) Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience in commercial or industrial electrical projects Exposure to Accubid, ConEst, or similar estimating software Coursework or training in construction management or electrical technology Salary: Competitive and based on experience Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off, 401(k), and opportunities for advancement

Deep technical expertise across modern architectures and cloud-based platforms. Strong track record of managing and growing high-performing, distributed engineering teams. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Passion for building secure, scalable, and customer-centric platforms. Hands-on experience with agile development, DevOps culture, and continuous delivery pipelines. Strong business acumen and the ability to align engineering strategy with overall company objectives.
