This role involves conducting investigations and surveys at long-term care facilities to ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations and improve care quality for residents. Key Responsibilities Conduct surveys and complaint investigations related to abuse, neglect, and compliance in nursing homes Draft detailed Statements of Deficiencies (SOD) using established documentation standards Assess facilities’ compliance with Plans of Correction Complete timely data entry into Federal and State systems Participate in Immediate Jeopardy situations and monitoring Attend internal meetings and testify in administrative hearings as required Adhere to Department of Health (DOH) schedules, policies, and procedures Travel regularly to assigned facility locations GreenLife Healthcare Staffing – Empowering Healthcare Professionals, Enriching Lives.
