Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team. The nurse plays a critical role in ensuring the health, wellness, and safety of our residents by providing clinical care, supervising care staff, and supporting individualized care plans. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine assessments and monitor residents’ health conditions Oversee the assistance of medications and treatments as prescribed Develop and update care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Provide guidance and supervision to CNAs and other support staff Communicate with residents, families, and physicians regarding care needs Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies     .   Requirements Qualifications: Current Massachusetts nursing license in good standing Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatric nursing preferred Strong clinical and assessment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
