We are looking for independently licensed clinicians with one of the following credentials: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC Position Details: Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM ·        Salary Range: $115,000 to $120,000 annually, plus benefits Core Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and treatment goals. Develop individualized care plans that promote meaningful change. Provide therapy to adults using evidence-based, client-centered techniques. Address urgent mental health situations with a calm and professional approach. Stay informed on best practices and participate in continuing education. Requirements Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license. Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients. Compassionate and client-centered approach to therapy. Strong organizational skills for managing sessions and documentation.
