Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California Transforming access to mental health care, we provide virtual solutions to deliver exceptional support to those who need it most. Position: Full-Time, Remote Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Compensation: $115,000 to $120,000 annually, plus benefits Your Responsibilities Include: Conducting weekly live video sessions for adults managing a wide range of emotional challenges. Utilizing assessment tools to track symptom changes, functional improvements, and goal achievements to adjust treatment as needed. Keeping accurate clinical documentation through our intuitive therapist portal equipped with digital tools to streamline workflow. Collaborating with the Therapy Leadership Team for guidance and clinical insights as necessary. Requirements Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited program. Independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in your state of residence. Multiple state licenses are a bonus. At least one year of experience working independently as a licensed professional. Recent experience delivering cognitive behavioral therapy or similar evidence-based care for depression, anxiety, and related conditions. Familiarity with and enthusiasm for integrating digital tools into therapy. Commitment to providing inclusive and culturally sensitive care to all populations.
