Case Manager Location: El Cerrito, CA Work Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9 AM–5 PM Annual Salary: $100K–$120K We’re currently looking for a Case Manager to guide clients through community resources, healthcare systems, and social services. In this in-office role, you’ll handle day-to-day coordination, ensuring that each person receives timely support, consistent communication, and measurable outcomes.
