We are based in Santa Clara, CA, and operate with a dynamic, collaborative, and results-driven team.   The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive and experienced NetSuite/ERP Manager to lead the implementation, development, and management of Halo’s NetSuite ERP system while overseeing the MES team. The role will be pivotal in aligning ERP and MES solutions with our production, operations, and business needs. As a hands-on leader, the ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency, streamline processes, and support the growth of our wafer slicing business. Key Responsibilities: NetSuite ERP Management: Lead the implementation and customization of the NetSuite ERP system to align with Halo’s requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business needs, including production planning, inventory control, financials, and reporting. Maintain system integrity, troubleshoot issues, and manage system upgrades. Develop and deliver training to ensure effective use of the ERP system across all departments. MES Team Management: Oversee the MES team to support the design, deployment, and optimization of the MES system. Ensure alignment between ERP and MES systems to enable seamless data flow and reporting. Collaborate with production, quality, and IT teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing execution. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains using ERP and MES tools. Establish and monitor KPIs related to system performance and user satisfaction. Leadership & Collaboration: Build and manage a high-performing team with a focus on ERP and MES functionality. Partner with IT, manufacturing, and engineering teams to ensure system solutions meet business and operational goals. Act as a liaison between software vendors and Halo to resolve issues and enhance system capabilities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience managing NetSuite ERP implementations and operations. Strong understanding of MES systems, with experience in Eyelit or similar platforms preferred. Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of manufacturing processes in the semiconductor or related industries is a must.
