Novo Holdings is seeking a Global IT Relationship Specialist to join the Global IT team in the San Francisco office. If so, this could be the ideal role for you! As the Global IT Relationship Specialist based in San Francisco, you will become an essential member of the Global IT team. You will work closely with colleagues in San Francisco, Boston and Copenhagen, ensuring the development and delivery of IT services to meet both current and future business requirements. Acting as the primary contact between the Global IT organization in Copenhagen and the San Francisco office, you will manage global IT services delivered to the San Francisco and Boston colleagues. In this role, you will oversee daily IT operations, lead change initiatives, promote technology adoption, and ensure compliance with global IT standards. Key responsibilities: Build and nurture the relationship between the San Francisco and Boston investment teams and the Global IT organization (based in Copenhagen) in the role of primary liaison Identify business needs, goals, and challenges, translating them into improvements Manage relevant global and local IT vendors and contracts Ensure the delivery of high-quality and continuously improving global IT service and support Lead and support global IT projects and enhancement initiatives Handle a wide range of IT-related tasks, such as IT communication, escalations, employee training and tutorials Collaborate and coordinate with international colleagues, external partners and suppliers Travel requirements: Occasional travel to the Boston and Copenhagen offices will be required.
