PLANNING & FORESIGHT - How well can you avoid bottlenecks of manpower, coordination, material, or equipment. Use look ahead schedules and thorough documentation to assure you are prepared ahead of time as each task arises. OWNER RELATIONSHIPS - How well do you communicate progress, expectations, and needs to the owner to assure they are in the loop and also feel engaged in the project to maintain their comfort. Looking for an experienced framer/ roofer to help with a rebuild of a house. The house is down to studs with roof decking off. Demo of fire damaged walls and rafters is next. Reframing and roofing to follow quickly. The decking is already taken off of the roof. These photos are not up to date. Supporting walls must be rebuilt.
