We stand for each other’s success with a foundation based on integrity, commitment and trust.  RESPONSIBILITIES:  In the first 30 days and ongoing: Complete job-specific technical onboarding lab and leadership training orientation. Understand Infracore’s mission, values, and guiding principles. Gain clarity on Infracore’s client base, business model, products and services in detail. Build strong relationships with Infracore teammates. Learn Infracore tools, compliance requirements, policies, processes and essential programs at client site to fully support project implementation. Review client project scope to begin working and implementing proposed solution or program, which could include but are not limited to Microsoft 365, firewall and routing, domain controller configuration, on-premises equipment, cybersecurity implementation measures.  Ongoing Responsibilities: Actively participate in on-going leadership development sessions. Implement and deploy a variety of IT projects for clients with technical knowledge and precision. Create and document IT processes and procedures, manage projects and time effectively as well as support ad hoc projects across the organization to support team and business goals. Manage 2-3 projects independently to drive success and continuous improvements. Build trusted relationships with primary contacts at client sites and serves as a point of contact to the client for updates, issues and questions. Collaborate with manager to review and evaluate new hire lab modules and identify areas of opportunity to optimize client support. Conduct audit/site assessments to present to client; and accurately answer client questions around processes, challenges and outcomes during presentations. Implement and execute 90% of all service offerings without assistance, including but not limited to migration tools, virtualization solutions, backup software, Cloud solutions, scripting and automation tasks. Proactively research unfamiliar technology or processes, analyzes the potential application, presents recommendations and an implementation plan to the team for review and discussion. Contribute to the growth of the team by embodying Infracore’s values and training new hires.
