Small blonde dog found on Coleman on I-880 overpass (Coleman at I-880)

Around 11am on Saturday, Aug 9, we were driving South on Coleman Ave over I-880 and saw a very small, scruffy, blonde dog trotting along the sidewalk. I got out and picked her up. She's very friendly - no collar, no microchip (checked at Milpitas Humane Society). Terribly skinny and lots of matted fur. Email if she's yours.
