Lost Gold Heart Charm at Filoli REWARD (woodside)

I am desperately looking for my golden heart pendant with an old English “M” etched on it. I was at a memorial service at Filoli Gardens on 7/23 and it slipped off of the chain it was on. It’s a cherished family heirloom and I would be so thankful to have it back. I’ve contacted the facility many times with no luck. The attached photos are not the exact necklace, but something similar I found online.
