Found deceased cat on Hwy 880 / Bascom Ave (San Jose)

I removed a deceased cat from the center divide on southbound Hwy 880 where it crosses over Bascom Ave. Since San Jose Animal Care will not accept animals found on the Hwy, I moved it off to where it can be found. Traveling North on Bascom and entering the freeway onramp southbound. It is placed next to an orange traffic cone
