You'll work directly with our founder, Krasi Kafedzhiev, a young entrepreneur studying Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Southern California (USC)—one of the top 10 business schools in the world. Krasi offers free mentorship in business, AI, sales, marketing, HR, finance, fitness, and personal development to help team members level up on and off the job-site. We reward speed, quality, and leadership: -You will start at $21/hr for your training period. Usually, the training period is 2 weeks. People with experience could skip the training period. -After the training, you will be employed at $25/hr. You will also unlock valuable performance-based bonuses like $5 per 5-star review (per platform), 10% commission on every up-sell or service sale, cash bonus for each customer you bring in & service agreement sold, and daily cash tips from customers, as some of our techs earn up to $150/day in tips. -Once you prove yourself as a reliable team member who can handle customers and lead confidently, you’ll be offered a commission-based pay structure, where you can earn $30–$60+/hour (based on performance). !
