The Community Events Coordinator will plan, organize, and execute a variety of events within the Nocatee Community. This role involves coordinating logistics, communicating with vendors, and ensuring that all aspects from planning to execution are handled efficiently and successfully. This position also works to enhance community engagement and provide memorable experiences for Residents. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced work environment and have a keen attention to detail combined with the ability to communicate effectively. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for assisting the Community Events Manager in the development, planning, and execution of all community events and activities. Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to secure and coordinate services, equipment, and resources. Develop detailed event plans, contracts, and timelines, including logistics, staffing, and budgeting. Create and design printed and digital materials for events. Provide on-site event support, ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly and according to plan. Collaborate with the Communications team to publicize and advertise events effectively. Ensure all events and venues adhere to health regulations, safety standards, and community guidelines. Other specific duties as assigned by the Community Events Manager. Schedule Monday to Friday, Weekends and Holidays as needed Work Location: In person Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field. Minimum one year experience in event planning or a similar role. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills with superior attention to detail. Ability to establish priorities and manage time effectively. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Must be able to work flexible hours to include weekends and holidays. Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and work under pressure. Proficient in Word, Excel, Publisher, and Canva.
