Live-In House Manager (Fresno)

Are you passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and structured living environment for individuals in transition? We are seeking a dedicated, responsible, and compassionate House Manager to live onsite and oversee daily operations at our transitional independent living home. Key Responsibilities:  Provide on-site leadership and oversight of day-to-day residential operations  Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of the property  Support and encourage residents’ progress toward independence and accountability  Enforce community guidelines and assist with conflict resolution when needed  Maintain communication with the owner/operator regarding facility needs and resident concerns  Conduct regular walk-throughs, coordinate minor repairs or escalate issues as necessary  Serve as a positive role model and build a respectful, inclusive community environment Qualifications:  Prior experience in residential, independent, or transitional housing settings preferred  Strong interpersonal and communication skills  Reliable, mature, and capable of setting healthy boundaries  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision  Must be comfortable living onsite and being available for periodic support outside regular hours Benefits:  Free housing (private room and utilities included)  Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals in transition  Training and support provided If you’re ready to join a mission-driven organization and help build a supportive, stable living environment for individuals on their path to independence, we would love to hear from you.
