Reporting to the Director of Social Services Programs, the Program Supervisor will be the direct supervisor to a team of Parent Partners and Family Support Specialist. Supervision will be accomplished through weekly group and/or individual supervision, crisis management, and providing other supportive services to staff. Supervisors may accompany staff on home visits to assist with assessments and family engagement. This is a unique position directly supervising up to 6 staff.
