A high-net-worth individual is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support. Responsibilities: • Manage employer's calendar, schedule appointments, and ensure timely reminders. • Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation (occasional driving required). • Oversee and coordinate with contractors for various needs. • Provide administrative support, such as drafting correspondence, managing documents, and handling phone calls (with discretion). • (Occasional travel required): Travel to the employer's residence in San Francisco when needed (mid-July through December). You are the ideal candidate if you possess the following: • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Impeccable interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. • Calm and collected demeanor with the ability to manage pressure effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling software a plus. • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role highly preferred. Work Schedule: • Hours are flexible and vary depending on the employer's location. • When the employer is in residence (SF, mid-July through December), workweeks can reach 40 hours. • Must be available to work on an as-needed basis.
