2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek Premium - $5,499

I am the third owner. First owner owned it for 5.5 years, second owner 4 years during which in 2019 it was “rebuilt”and I bought it 2 years ago. I bought the car in VT where these are in very high demand and paid $9,700 of which the bank loaned 97% (I mention the loan only to show what the car was worth according to the bank). I have put a total of $4,000 in repairs into the car as I planned to own it for a long time but my plans have changed. Repairs included the CVT valve body (common for Subarus of this age), brake pads/rotors, fan belt, added Freon and last oil change at 138.5k miles. At this point the car needs an AC condenser and a horn coil which I have an estimate of $800 to fix both items. The car runs and drives well. Edmunds.com values the car (with a rebuilt title) at $6,100. My listing price is reflective of the local market and the repairs needed so is firm. I have the clean title in hand which indicates “rebuilt”. I also have the service, purchase and car fax records.
