Responsibilities Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and other event equipment. Assist with food and beverage preparation and presentation. Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and with politeness. Ensure all guests have everything they need to enjoy their experience. Clean and organize event spaces at the end of the evening. Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless execution of events. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests. Requirements Some restaurant experience is preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including tables and chairs. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for long periods of time and move quickly between tasks. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices. Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations.
