About the role: The Front of House Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing our front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining a positive work environment. You will manage the host stand/reservations, floor staff, main dining room, private dining room, delivery platforms and guest interactions. You will also take on moderate daily administrative duties such as: payroll entry, inventory, scheduling, hiring, training, staff performance, social media and private event correspondence while ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
