Boston Speech Therapy is looking for a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a public elementary school. In this role, you will work with young children who are facing challenges related to speech, language, and communication skills. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will assess clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy sessions aimed at improving communication abilities. Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose individuals with speech and language disorders Develop and implement personalized treatment plans Provide effective therapy sessions to enhance communication skills Collaborate with families, teachers, and other healthcare professionals Document client progress and modify treatment plans as needed Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist Experience working with diverse populations, including children and adults Strong assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A collaborative spirit and ability to work as part of a team Proficient in utilizing technology and software related to speech-language therapy Benefits This is a 1099 position with an hourly pay of $75-$80 per hour.
