$1,350 / 3br - Master bedroom for rent in 3bd/2ba house (Bellingham)

Looking for a roommate for the house I currently live in. 3bd/2ba. I live in one room and use another as an office, you would be getting the master bedroom with a connected bathroom (bathroom is also connected to the upstairs hall). Master bedroom is large with a huge walk in closet, and has a sink/mirror in it as well. House is located near Lakeway/Woburn, 10 min bike ride to downtown, 10 min to Galbraith North Entrance. I am a 25 year old man who works full time (usually 2 days from home a week), looking for someone similar who is clean and reasonably quiet, not a big party house but I'll have people over sometimes. House is currently a bit less organized than usual as current tenant is still moving out - I keep the place clean and organized and am looking for someone who will do the same. I have a video of the upstairs I can send you that shows the room. House features a nice garage with room for lots of outdoors equipment, tools, etc. I have a motorcycle or two usually in there, lots of bikes, climbing gear, etc. Great view of mountains in Canada from the street and we consistently get great sunset views as well. Small backyard, front and back porches, washer and dryer in downstairs bathroom. I am an outdoorsy dude into climbing/hiking/mountain biking/cars/motorcycles, but I also enjoy playing guitar/bass and cooking. Move in last weeks of August or September 1st but flexible on this date - let me know and we can look to work something out, potentially as early as first week of August. 1 year lease right now, but I am currently verifying if a 6 month lease would be available if that is your preferred lease length. We would split rent and utilities equally, so your rent is $1350/mo + utilities which are usually another $150/month/person. Renting through Windermere.
