$1,500 Seeking roommate or couple to share house! (Ferndale)

I'm a 36 yr old woman who works in higher education looking for a roommate or couple if its a good fit for my beautiful home in Ferndale, 10-15 minutes from Bellingham! The house has 2 rooms (1 bedroom + 1 office or master bedroom) that are available for a total $1,500 per month. This would be perfect for a person who works remotely or hybrid and wants a home office. No cats and not a property that is set up for children. But if you have a dog that gets along well with other dogs, then that could be okay. The quarter-acre property has a fully fenced in back yard with apple trees, plum tree, a vegetable garden, blueberry bushes and a fire pit. Hoping to find someone community-minded who wants to share and enjoy the space. Rooms will be unfurnished and available beginning September 1st but flexible.
