Room For Rent in NE PDX - October 1st Our house is looking for a new roommate to move in October 1st. ***Please note: pictures are not of the exact room, but size and arrangement is exactly the same. Rent: $587 Move-in requires first + last + $390 deposit Utility Bills are shared evenly: Power, water, Internet Move-in date: October 1st Five roommates looking to add a new addition to our queer, BIPOC, trans, 420-friendly home! The room upstairs that we have available is 12" x 19"; has a private bathroom with bathtub/shower and a walk-in closet with some built-in shelving. Each roommate has their own small walk-in pantry. Two shared fridges in the kitchen. Washer/Dryer, no dishwasher. Located in inner NE, the Elliot neighborhood. Coffee shops, New Seasons, Irving park and the library in close distance. What we are looking for in a roommate: - MUST have financial stability and consistency with paying bills on time - Planning to stay for 6 months minimum - Practices direct, kind, and respectful communication - Willing to make connections with roommates in the home but has activities of their own -Lgtbq+ ally -No Pets (We have a cat already named River) -No Kids A little about us: - Travis: 30, he/him, bipoc, works in music production, pretty introverted but chats in common areas, lived here for a year, enjoys cooking, witchy things, astrology. Alcohol-free over 5 years but 420-friendly. - Libby: she/her/they/them, 27, queer. Bit of an ambivert, up for being chatty or completely silent. Currently works with unhoused folks at a nonprofit. Enjoys spending time with friends, going dancing, reading, movies, fun little coffees and treats, and spending time outside. - Meaghan: 35, she/her, queer, ambivert, Taurus. Likes movies, adventures in nature, saying hi to all dogs, traveling, and organizing. - Morgan P: 37, she/her, queer, straightforward and chill. I like to think I’m funny. I enjoy reading and engaging in various contemplative practices. Demanding 9-5 that has my brain pretty mushy by the end of the day. Sober for 4+ years. - Morgan V: 30 year old queer creative florist who enjoys gardening and music. A bit introverted and extroverted in certain environments. Born and raised in Oregon. Pisces, and loves a good beach trip or a nice bath. Also enjoys reading a good book on the front porch.
