We pre-leased our units in January/February and have been full since then for the upcoming school year. Our 4 bedroom balcony units are spacious at 1250 square feet and feature in unit laundry, private bedrooms, balcony and more. Monthly rent is $790 per room plus a $35 water/sewer/garbage fee - totaling $825 per month due to property management. Tenants pay their own electric & cable/internet. All leases run September to August.
