$800 / 2br - 1200ft2 - Furnished Room with private bathroom to rent,utilities and online incl (Bellingham)

I am a somewhat older bloke renting out a furnished room to a male college student. The room is fully furnished (queen size bed, dresser, chair and desk). It has a nice sized closet and comes with a full private bathroom. There is bedding provided as well as towels, etc in the bathroom. The flat has a full size washer and dryer and free personal parking in the back. There is also a bus stop a short walk away if you do not have a car. It's not that far from WWU. It has a good view of the bay from the living room and the deck. One can see the fireworks display taking place right outside the window. One can also walk from the flat to downtown. It is very close to it as well. If you like watching sports or movies, there is a good sized telly to watch it on (much bigger than the one in the photos). The price is $800.00 a month. That will cover everything, (utilities, cable and computer) except your food. There will be no security deposit nor last month's rent required since I have already paid it. The lease ends in August but if you must leave after spring quarter, that is fine. The last two students who rented it out left after graduation which was fine. Or stay for the summer and the fireworks. You must also pass a background and financial check with the landlords in order to sign the lease. They are quite nice. However, the landlords do not allow smoking in the flat nor pets. One of the past roommates smoked in the alley in the back, which is fine. I try to keep the flat tidy but I am not insane about it. If interested, just reply and tell me about yourself since we are to be sharing a flat together. If it sounds like we can get along, we can meet at a coffee shop (Woods), see if we can truly get along and answer any questions either one of us might have. The opening to move into the flat is September 5th but you could probably move in closer to the first, if needed. We would just need to sort out the paperwork first. Cheers.
