We’re a house of four looking for someone to join our cozy, gender-expansive collective home starting September 1st! 🌱 🏡 About the House: Spacious and warm with five bedrooms, two baths, two living rooms, and a large dining space. There’s garden space, a wraparound porch with an incredible view, a workshop garage, and calm, grounded energy throughout. - Room is $820/month with an $820 security deposit– 11x12ft, upstairs, big closet, carpeted, partial city view (apple tree cameo) - Utilities ~$90–100/month per person (split equally) - We’re looking for a long-term housemate, starting with a 1–3 month trial period to make sure the fit feels good on both sides. ✨ About You: We’re looking for someone who: 🌿 Communicates with care 🌿 Helps keep shared spaces comfy and clean 🌿 Respects boundaries and community agreements 🌿 Is playful, emotionally intelligent, and grounded 🌿 Wants a home that’s restful and connected 🌿 Doesn't bring pets (we are open to discussing a cat) 🌿 Are considerate of how much space you take up, physically and energetically Meet Your Future Housemates: We’re a group of creative, neurodivergent, justice-oriented queer folks in our 30s.
