Spacious private room in lovely mid century house. Home fully furnished and clean. Room has large closet and built-in storage as well as a window facing trees and a quiet side street. The home has a two car garage that is used for storage and as an art studio. Located in a quiet corner of the Sehome neighborhood, the house is within a 5 minute walk from grocery stores, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, frequent bus transit on WTA's blue line, and the Sehome arboretum! This is a perfect location for students as the walk to WWU is less than 30 minutes and buses to the college run every 15 minutes. It has all the convenience of an urban location, but the privacy of a single family home! Your roommates would be two WWU students in their early 20’s. We are both nonbinary/trans, and are looking for someone who is queer and around our age. Our ideal roommate is someone who is communicative, friendly, relatively tidy, holds progressive views, and is comfortable with people coming over (within reason!). We’d love to get to know you! Utilities are not included in price but are shared equally between all roommates. No pets are allowed.
