Non smoking/must be non smoker, NO PETS, month to month no lease, 30 day notice upon intention to move out, prefer vegetarian/vegan and must have employment and work outside of home. Peaceful, fun professional conscious home. We are not a party house. Room comes with plenty of storage, shared living area, kitchen and bath. Rent includes all utilities, high speed internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher and off street parking . Non toxic cleaners and scent free products used in home due to chemical sensitivities.
