$1,350 / 4br - 1900ft2 - Sunny, spacious fully furnished room for rent w/ private bathroom! (Barkley Village)

This is a 4 bedroom house in Barkley Village where I am looking for a roommate to rent one f the extra bedrooms - move in is flexible starting Sept/Oct and have a month to month lease. I would prefer someone in similar age and lifestyle (later 20's - later 30's). Living in the four bedroom house would be myself (mid 30's) and my 5 year old Golden Retriever, Randall. We are looking to have one room filled in the four bedroom house, leaving a guest room and Zen Den room (both upstairs and empty near your bedroom) open. The whole house is furnished, including everything you need in the kitchen. Roommate would have their own private bathroom, plus an extra bathroom on the main floor and access to the guest room for friends and family. There are two living rooms, so you can have your own living room and the bedroom is upstairs, secluded off from the downstairs where my room and workspace is. I work from home, but am very active and love to mountain bike, do yoga, snowboard, play frisbee amongst other activities. I enjoy cooking meals, but also going out and hitting breweries and fun spots on the town. I enjoy hosting company, but am not a partier and am looking for someone who is clean and organized as well. I am originally from Chicago, spent a good amount of time in Lake Tahoe, CA and am most recently moving up from Seattle.
