Looking for a Young FEMALE professional (not working from home) or full-time student who is clean, quiet, and respectful to share my 3 bedrooms and 2½ baths town house home located at west Torrance/Redondo Beach. The house is in a beautiful complex, safe location, the neighborhood is nice and very quiet. Tennis court, pool and Jacuzzi, parking space are available inside the complex. Less than 5 minutes drive to the beach, shopping center, restaurants and much more. The laundry is inside the house. There are no kids and pets in house, very clean, quiet, have no drug, no smoking, and no party at home. One furnished room is available Now; will share a full bathroom with another girl. The rent is $980 all utilities included; plus $980 refundable deposit to move in. Light cooking, no pets and drugs, no overnight guest, single person only.
