We have a large bedroom available in a 2nd floor walk-up 3-bedroom apartment on 23rd avenue in Astoria, Queens. Room is 13.5' x 10.5' with a large closet about 2' deep and 6' wide. Unfurnished, open to short stay or longer if the fit is right. Awesome area with great restaurants, bars, laundromat right next door. 5 minute walk to the NW train at Ditmars Boulevard. Must be ok with pets (dogs and cats) as we do foster every once in a while and are looking to adopt in the future. It's a queer household so tenant must be queer-friendly. The apartment is the only apartment in the building with an office downstairs. Rent is $900/month with the heat included. Great for student or young professional, you would be sharing the apartment with 3 other people. No smoking in the apartment but smoking is fine just outside. Schedules of the other roommates are varied but we try to keep quieter hours between 11pm and 8:30am. Room is available starting on November 1st. Email me to schedule a time to view and meet.
