$850 / 2br - Sunny bedroom with its own big private balcony (Bushwick)

Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my lease of a sunny bedroom with its own big private balcony in a 2B/1BA apartment, starting Oct 1st. The lease is 10 months - after that, renewable for a year The apartment is located in prime Bushwick, just 2 blocks to both the Dekalb L and Knickerbocker M trains, and 5 short blocks to Maria Hernandez Park. Its close to many great markets, restaurants, bars and more. Building Amenities: -Elevator -Central AC/ heat -Laundry in Building (there are several washers & dryers) -Gym -Package Room -Indoor Garage to park a bike (or car, for an extra fee). -Recycling Room & Trash Chute -Roof Access The room is a good size ( 10 x 11 ft) with space for a full or queen bed, a dresser and a desk, with an ample double door closet. Yet, my favorite feature of the room is the attached private balcony with sliding glass doors that give plenty of sunlight! The room will come unfurnished, but you'd have the option to keep my full-sized bedframe if you want. The apartment itself is furnished, with a cozy living room and kitchen, but there is some shared storage space in the form of an entryway closet and a deep overhead storage compartment in the living room. You'd be sharing the apartment with a very cute, funny, sweet beagle named Violet (never barks) and her easygoing 37 yr old dog-dad, Dan. Dan is friendly, considerate and quiet. He does his dishes everyday and doesn't leave a mess. He enjoys movies, gaming and sports, and he has lived in this apartment for over 10 years. This is a pet-friendly building, but please no other dogs in the apartment. I've loved my time in this apartment and life with Dan and Violet, but I'm moving in with my partner now. Utilities include internet, gas and electric, and usually run $90-$180 per person (depending on season). Rent is $850/mo; one month refundable security deposit is required. Must have good credit.
